Opening Solo Exhibition - Souleymane Konaté
Exhibition Opening
September 6, 13h: Special Opening - Souleymane Konaté
We are proud to present a special solo exhibition of Souleymane Konaté (Côte d’Ivoire, 1983) in our entrance gallery. Konaté is celebrated for his fantastical hybrid figures — part human, animal, and plant — that draw on Bambara cosmogony and transform bold color, layered textures, and rhythmic forms into a powerful contemporary mythology.
In this series, Konaté reflects on the fundamental values of living together: dialogue, tolerance, respect, and freedom of expression. Each painting is accompanied by the artist’s reflections and becomes a meditation on unity and the unique ways of coexisting within different societies and cultural groups. Through this play of forms and colors, Konaté invites us to consider how shared values can connect communities and foster cohesion in a fragmented world.
This intimate presentation offers a unique opportunity to discover Konaté’s latest works up close and experience the vibrant energy of his pictorial universe.
Come enjoy this new exhibition, some drinks and lunch bites on Saturday September 6th from 13 h !
