OpenArtExchange at sunny ART Laren

ART Laren kicked off well this year with beautiful weather, hosting some 50 galleries. This unique outdoor contemporary art show on the Brink in Laren is organized for more than 25 years now by the Kiwanis club, a charity organization raising funds to support children’s projects around the globe. It was a warm welcome again by the fair organization run solely by volunteers, with the traditional (new) herring party and some great cocktails on the first day. Some first sunny impressions.

You are more than welcome to visit OpenArtExchange this weekend at booth 38/39 on Saturday 18/6 between 10:00-22:00h and Sunday 19/6 between 10:00-18:00h to enjoy a fine selection of African contemporary art from Kingsley Ogwara (Luxembourg/Nigeria), Sam Ovraiti (Nigeria), Nubi (Senegal/Benin/Nigeria), Jonathan Vatunga (France/DR Congo) or a wide variety of smaller works from Laurence Cause-Parsley (UK/France),  Sanda Amadou (Benin),  Patrick Musombwa (France/DR Congo) and Casca (UK/Portugal/Angola).
